Why do
you need to bother?
- Moralistic viewpoint
– You have a moral duty to ensure your workforce,
invited visitors and contractors who work for you are kept
safe and free from injury and disease.
- Legal Aspect
- You need to comply with Health and Safety laws, e.g. Health
And Safety At Work Act, 1974, Management of Health and Safety
at Work Regulations 1999.
- Financial Incentive
– You can directly affect the profit of your organisation
by reducing Injuries and Illness, Compensation Claims, Fines,
Insurance costs.
All this can be achieved by reducing
